About

Ciara O'Keeffe is a ceramic artist working in stoneware, with a practice rooted in material exploration and place -based inspiration. Since establishing her studio in 2018, her work has focused on creating objects that respond to landscape, time and elemental process-pieces that are both functional and quietly contemplative.
Drawing inspiration from the river Barrow which flows through her home town of Athy in Co.Kildare Ireland, and the irish landscape, Ciara's work reflects a deep respect for natural rhythm , restraint and the role of everyday objects in grounding daily life.
